• Review all operating procedures, update and refresh for new operation

• Develop training and development plan for staff to meet industry standards and qualifications

• Assist with new recruitment approaches to bulk recruit staff

• Provide safe systems of work for a busy Aquatic Center

• Provide industry guidance on knowledge for the facility transition

• Deliver training of staff to upskill in updated procedure, process and qualifications
